Recruitment operations platform
Your agency, finally under control.
manana.jobs connects client records, open jobs, candidate pipelines, placements, timesheets, invoices, absence cover, sourcing, privacy requests, and multi-office work in one agency system.
Built for agencies that have outgrown stitched-together tools.
Daily work overview
Timesheets
7 awaiting approval, 3 payments unallocated.
Private AI sourcing
Web search, list building, enrichment, and history.
Placements
Worker, job, contract, dates, status, owner.
Privacy requests
Access, correction, deletion, status, days left.
Absence cover
Absence cover without changing assignments.
Where work breaks between teams
The work extends far beyond the ATS.
Recruiters, account managers, finance teams, and compliance leads lose time when each group works from different tools, spreadsheets, folders, and chat threads.
The pipeline loses context
Candidate notes, client updates, and reminders become incomplete, duplicated, or out of date.
Billing starts without the full picture
Placement details, approved timesheets, invoices, and payment status have to be reconciled across systems.
Cover depends on memory
When someone is away, responsibility shifts through messages instead of records.
Privacy requests become fragmented
Finding data, assigning responsibility, recording decisions, and tracking completion become separate tasks.
From client request to invoice
Keep client requirements, recruitment, placements, and billing connected.
Record the client requirement
Organisations, contacts, projects, contracts, offices, and open jobs stay linked as related records.
Build the candidate pipeline
Recruiters manage applied, screened, interviewing, offer, and placed stages visually.
Connect placements, billing, and privacy work
Placements connect with timesheets, invoices, payment status, margin tracking, and privacy request records.
Product workflows in action
Four agency workflows inside one platform.
These screens use example data from a test environment. They show how teams configure absence cover, prepare candidate profiles, manage job pipelines, and assign privacy requests inside manana.jobs.

Private AI, built for sensitive agency data
AI support for sourcing, privately hosted in the EU.
We privately host our own AI in-house in the EU for candidate and company sourcing and lead enrichment. We expect processing to stay in-house. To maintain capacity, we may pass overflow to other EU partners while continuing to prioritize privacy. This fallback does not apply to clients or memberships with an explicit agreement that all AI processing stays in-house.
AI processing in the EU
In-house processing is our default. EU partners can handle capacity overflow unless an explicit all-in-house agreement applies.
For sensitive recruitment data
Built for agencies working with candidate records, contact history, documents, and privacy-related activity.
Applied to defined sourcing tasks
AI supports candidate and company sourcing, lead enrichment, and the information recruiters need for follow-up.
See the difference
The same agency work, connected across teams.
Before manana.jobs
ATS, CRM, sheets, email, invoices, calendar notes, and GDPR folders.
With manana.jobs
Connected records from candidate pipeline to invoice.
Privacy requests in the daily workflow
Handle privacy requests alongside the records they concern.
Agencies hold sensitive personal data for people who may never be hired. Teams can find relevant records, document deletion approvals, and track requests without moving the work to a separate spreadsheet.
Find the relevant data
Review candidate records, attachments, contact history, and linked activity.
Document deletion approvals
Use recorded approvals and defined steps instead of separate spreadsheets.
Keep an activity record
Record what happened, who approved it, and when the workflow was completed.
