Data We Process

When you submit the demo form, your email address and any name, agency, message, preferred times and time zone you provide are stored in our private staff dashboard. Authorized staff can review your request and record the follow-up and any agreed meeting. No automatic email is sent. Please use the contact form to send us your request.

Hosting providers may process technical access data such as IP address, browser information, requested page, date, and time for security, availability, and error diagnosis.

Purposes and legal bases

We process enquiries and requested demos to respond to you and discuss our services. Where you request steps towards a contract with you, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For enquiries made on behalf of a company and other business correspondence, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Technical access and security data is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR to keep the website available and protect it against abuse. Optional analytics relies on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 165(3) TKG 2021.

Cookies and Analytics

The request form uses an essential security cookie. Optional first-party process-check analytics has its own consent controls. Google Ads measurement has a separate advertising choice. Rejecting either does not prevent enquiries.

Your rights and complaints

Subject to the applicable conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time using “Privacy choices” on the process-check page; withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Contact office@manana.solutions to exercise your rights. You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde) or another competent supervisory authority.

Process check and required information

The process check saves your name, company, email, optional phone number and follow-up preference when you submit the first step, before you answer the questions. Incomplete checks remain available for follow-up about the check you requested. Completed answers, a manual-work frequency score and suggested priorities are linked to the same enquiry. The result is guidance about your business processes, not an automated decision about employment or eligibility. Required fields are marked; without them the relevant form cannot be submitted. Other details are optional. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Please do not enter candidate records or other people’s sensitive information.

Hosting, email and recipients

Manana GmbH operates this website on a server provided by OVHcloud in Germany. Authorized staff handle enquiries and assessments. OVHcloud provides the hosting infrastructure, and Microsoft provides our business email service for correspondence. These providers process data needed to supply their respective services. Customer-selected hosting and email integrations within our software products are separate from this website.

Retention

Website requests, including incomplete assessments, contact details, answers and their handling history, have a maximum of six calendar months from their first receipt. A later edit or meeting request does not restart that period. Restriction, erasure or an earlier applicable limit can stop use sooner. Preview test requests have a fourteen-day maximum from receipt.

Technical access logs have a maximum of three calendar months from the event. Backups keep regular copies for seven days, then at most one usable copy per capture week. Every owned backup is deleted at thirty days from its original capture. Expired or erased data cannot be used after a restore; current privacy instructions must be applied before reopening.

International processing

The website server is in Germany. Microsoft services can involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Microsoft describes its contractual data-protection safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, in its Data Protection Addendum and documents exceptions to its EU Data Boundary. You can request information about the safeguards applicable to our processing at office@manana.solutions.

Optional Google Ads measurement

Google Ads measurement is optional and separate from our own analytics. Google’s tag is blocked until you explicitly allow this purpose and the website confirms current permission. Declining does not stop contact, meeting requests or assessments.

After acceptance, Google may receive your IP address, browser information, approved page and ad-click information, advertising cookie identifiers, and an opaque reference for a newly received contact, assessment contact or meeting request. Form answers, names, email addresses and phone numbers are excluded. Personalized advertising and enhanced customer-data conversions are disabled.

Advertising authority lasts at most one hundred and eighty elapsed days from acceptance. Minimal proof lasts while active and up to six calendar months from its first withdrawal, expiry or other terminal event. An earlier source limit still applies. We do not resend old actions after later acceptance or withdrawal and reacceptance.

Use Advertising settings to withdraw. The page unloads Google’s code when permission ends or cannot be confirmed. Unsent editable text may be kept once in this tab for up to two minutes, with current-state checks before recovery. Passwords, files and hidden security credentials are excluded. An uncertain request remains copy-only; recovery never submits automatically. Storage failure limits recovery and cannot keep Google running indefinitely.

Google Ireland Limited provides the service. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing or erase data already held by Google. Browser restrictions can prevent this website removing cookies belonging to another domain. Our optional analytics

If you accept, our own website service uses first-party identifiers to estimate visits, returning browsers and the order of page and form steps. This is approximate: it does not identify every visitor. Contact details, free-text descriptions and assessment answers are excluded from analytics.

Returning-browser references last at most ninety elapsed days from issue. Raw, detailed and pseudonymous analytics and funnels last at most ninety elapsed days from observation. Only separately qualified, sufficiently grouped trend results can remain for up to thirty-six calendar months from their original month. Small or unsafe groups are suppressed or unavailable.

You can decline or withdraw using Privacy choices on the measured page. Fresh refusal stays in your browser unless it ends an earlier grant. Withdrawal stops the relevant authority; accepting another purpose does not replace this choice. Minimal consent proof is retained while lawfully needed for active authority or detail, then for up to ninety days from the first terminal event, subject to tighter source limits and necessary recovery dependencies.
