Data We Process

When you submit the demo form, your email address and any name, agency, message, preferred times and time zone you provide are stored in our private staff dashboard. Authorized staff can review your request and record the follow-up and any agreed meeting. No automatic email is sent. Please use the contact form to send us your request.

Hosting providers may process technical access data such as IP address, browser information, requested page, date, and time for security, availability, and error diagnosis.

Purposes and legal bases

We process enquiries and requested demos to respond to you and discuss our services. Where you request steps towards a contract with you, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For enquiries made on behalf of a company and other business correspondence, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Technical access and security data is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR to keep the website available and protect it against abuse. Optional analytics relies on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 165(3) TKG 2021.

Cookies and Analytics

The request form uses an essential security cookie. Optional first-party process-check analytics has its own consent controls. Google Ads measurement has a separate advertising choice. Rejecting either does not prevent enquiries.

Your rights and complaints

Subject to the applicable conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time using “Privacy choices” on the process-check page; withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Contact office@manana.solutions to exercise your rights. You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde) or another competent supervisory authority.

Process check and required information

The process check saves your name, company, email, optional phone number and follow-up preference when you submit the first step, before you answer the questions. Incomplete checks remain available for follow-up about the check you requested. Completed answers, a manual-work frequency score and suggested priorities are linked to the same enquiry. The result is guidance about your business processes, not an automated decision about employment or eligibility. Required fields are marked; without them the relevant form cannot be submitted. Other details are optional. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Please do not enter candidate records or other people’s sensitive information.

Hosting, email and recipients

Manana GmbH operates this website on a server provided by OVHcloud in Germany. Authorized staff handle enquiries and assessments. OVHcloud provides the hosting infrastructure, and Microsoft provides our business email service for correspondence. These providers process data needed to supply their respective services. Customer-selected hosting and email integrations within our software products are separate from this website.

Retention

Personal data in website enquiries and process checks, including incomplete checks, is scheduled for deletion no later than six months after submission or receipt. This includes contact details, free-text information and assessment answers linked to a person. Technical access logs are retained for up to three months from the event. If an enquiry leads to a contract, records necessary for that contract and records subject to legal retention duties are handled separately for those purposes.

International processing

The website server is in Germany. Microsoft services can involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Microsoft describes its contractual data-protection safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, in its Data Protection Addendum and documents exceptions to its EU Data Boundary. You can request information about the safeguards applicable to our processing at office@manana.solutions.

Google Ads and advertising consent

With your permission, Manana GmbH uses Google Ads (AW-18484556036) to measure visits attributable to advertising. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Ireland. The Google tag is blocked until you allow ad measurement. We request no personalized advertising and do not configure enhanced conversions or send form fields to Google.

After acceptance, Google may receive your IP address, browser/device information, page visits, ad-click identifiers and cookie identifiers. Data may be processed in the USA and other countries. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 165(3) TKG 2021. We store your choice, time, language and notice version in this browser for 180 days, solely to manage consent. Google’s advertising measurement cookies in the _gcl_ family normally last 90 days; Google’s own retention rules may differ from cookie lifetimes. Choose “Advertising settings” at the bottom of any page to change your choice or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops the tag by reloading the page and removes accessible first-party Google advertising cookies. Unsent form entries are kept temporarily in this tab’s session storage for one-use recovery. The copy is removed on the next page load or when the tab closes; it is only restored within two minutes on the same page. Hidden security fields, passwords and files are excluded. This recovery does not submit entries or resume an uncertain request. If temporary storage is unavailable, entries remain visible for copying before you complete the reload. It does not undo earlier lawful processing or delete data already held by Google. Browser restrictions may prevent cookies on other domains from being removed by this site. If consent cannot be saved, ad measurement stays off. With JavaScript disabled, the Google tag does not load.
